    Receive and review customer's weekly forecast, adjust the forecast according to MPS VMI as per production plan, release correct production order in time to workshop to ensure smooth production arrangement.

    Position: Equipment Engineer

    Job Descriptions:

    Create and fine tune equipment programs.

    Ensure machine program are always at optimum level, balance in both Quality and Productivity.

    Ensure the throughput yield is always at high level. Analyze throughout yield and perform improvement.

    Response to escalation and troubleshoot equipment error to minimized machine down time. Look for correct resource to solve the problem on time if necessary.

    Establish Preventive maintenance (PM) plan and lead technician to perform preventive maintenance on time and accurately.

    Ensure the machine and equipment calibration is perform on time.

    Maintain optimum level of spare part stock and ensure the spare parts are well managed.

    Propose the best machine or line configuration for new business and to improve current performance.

    Perform internally or work with suppliers for machine installation and movement.

    Assist to ensure NPI run smoothly from costing to shipment.

    Develop work instruction for the equipment.

    Lead or working with cross functional team in improvement project.

    Initiate and execute continual improvement project.

    Perform related duties as assigned by superior from time to time.

     

    Requirements and Qualification:

    Education: Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Diploma holder with more than 5 years experience in SMT equipment & maintenance role.

    Working Experience: At least 3 years experience in SMT Equipment & maintenance Engineering role.

    Strong knowledge in SMT and offline Equipment. (Paste Printer (DEK), SPI, Pick and Place machine (ASM), Reflow oven, AOI, Agilent 5DX, router, Glue Dispensing machine and etc)

    Communication ability: Able to Communicate (Speak, read & write) in both English & Mandarin. (Involves in project transfer from China).

    Computer Proficiency: Able to prepare reports and presentation using Microsoft Excel, word and Power Point. Familiar with Equipment programming.

    Physical Requirement: This position might require hands-on in Equipment maintenance and programming.

    Other Requirement: This position might require to response to phone call after working hour whenever needed.

    Able to work Overtime whenever needed.

     

     

     

    Manufacturing Department

    Position: Production Supervisor

    Job Descriptions:

    Lead the shift team to achieve shift production target.

    Prepare and ensure reports are ready by the end of the shift.

    Ensure the safety guideline are followed.

    Acting as Production ERT lead for the shift in charge.

    Plan and execute training plan for operators under the shift in charge based on production needs.

    Ensure production is running smooth by getting correct resource to solve the problem and perform escalation on time whenever needed.

    Ensure proper pass-over of information to the following shift.

    Conduction counseling to the operator whenever needed.

    Report any violation of rules or procedure happened within the shift in charge.

    Requirement and Qualification:

    Education: Preferably Diploma and above. Or SPM holder with more than 5 years experience in SMT Production supervisor role.

    Ensure operators perform the task as per stated in work instruction and Process Flow Chart (PFC).

    Plan and execute training plan for operators under the line incharge based on needs.

    Experience in warehouse is added advantage but not a must.

    Communication ability: Able to Communicate (Speak, read & write) in both English & BM. Understand Mandarin will be added advantage (not a must).

    Computer Proficiency: Experience in using Microsoft Excel, word and Power Point.

    Legal Department

    Position: Legal Manager

    Job Descriptions:

    Coordinate and manage the company's legal affairs in overseas areas (including but not limited to Malaysia, Thailand, Hong Kong and other Southeast Asian countries or regions).

    Responsible for reviewing and formulating various overseas contracts and documents, tracking and resolving legal issues arising from contract performance and assisting in handling disputes and cases (if any);

    Drafting, formulating, and updating compliance systems and regulations related to export control, sanctions, anti-corruption, etc.

    Responsible for sorting out and analyzing related compliance issues, prompting risks and making optimization suggestions; tracking and interpreting overseas electronics manufacturing industry policies and laws development, guide compliance operations.

    Assist in the design and adjustment of the company's domestic and overseas equity structure, and handle related investment and financing legal affairs.

    Responsible for consultation and answering legal issues and regularly hold trainings on relevant legal topics within the company to ensure the legal compliance of the company's business activities.

     

    Requirements and Qualifications:

    Bachelor degree or above; full-time law major, pass the national judicial examination and have legal qualifications;

    English can be used as a working language with legal English learning background or overseas experiences in law is preferred.

    Solid knowledge of legal theory.

    Familiar with laws and regulations of relevant overseas countries and have practical experiences.

    Familiar with relevant laws and regulations of the electronics manufacturing industry.

    Postion: SMT Process Technician

    Job Descriptions:

    Support process engineer to develop alignment process or design stations for new products, support to execute DOE, validation.

    Support process engineer to verify 2nd source material for alignment process, request the alignment software modification if need.

    Support process engineer to verify new automated alignment machine and finish buyoff.

    Machine/Station and process major trouble shooting, sustain existing NPI products alignment process and production, support new products ramp up.

    Draft alignment process work instruction and train operators.
