Procurement Department
Position: Sourcing Engineer
Job Descriptions:
According to the procurement needs and departmental requirements, employee can independently carry out supplier development and integration, purchase agreement maintenance, supplier relationship maintenance, etc. of the material categories they are responsible for, regularly report on the progress of supplier development management and price negotiation, and communicate in a timely manner when they encounter bottlenecks.
Through strategic procurement, market analysis and price negotiation, the procurement cost of the company's materials is controlled in the procurement execution, reflecting the maximum value of procurement.
Through the daily management and inspection of suppliers, identify potential risks and classify the suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials and also able to eliminate the recurrence of the same type of quality problems.
Through communication and coordination with R&D and suppliers, employee ensure the smooth progress of new project and OEM projects; able to recommend advanced technology in the industry and promote it in the company will be additional advantage.
Through the understanding of the market situation and communication with various manufacturers, able to provide business guidance to the selection of R&D devices, participate in material selection in the early stage of the new project, and eliminate materials that are not generic, have been discontinued or have short-term suspension risks.
By maintaining good relations with suppliers, promoting win-win cooperation between both parties, requiring and supervising supplier stocking, assisting in handling abnormal material supply problems and quality problems that are difficult for Procurement Fulfillment Specialists and SQE to deal with, and ensuring the continuous normal supply of materials (material supply) of the company.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above. Majors in mechanical, material, electronic engineering. Open gender.
Good communication skills. Proficient in English reading and writing, good oral Chinese ability.
More than 3 years’ experience in purchasing and development, proficient in mechanical parts, packaging materials, auxiliary materials. Work experience in ODM, EMS related procurement fields is preferred.
Possess strong market analysis capabilities and keen responsiveness (including customers, suppliers, raw material markets), and good overall planning, resource integration and data analysis capabilities.
Good moral character, strong sense of responsibility and resilience.

Quality Department
Position: Senior Supplier Quality Engineer

Position: ESD Engineer
Job Descriptions:
Coach a team of cleanliness and Electrostatic Control to ensure comprehensive coverage of contamination failure analysis, identifying the root cause, containment actions, solutions, and preventive measures.
Proficiency in technical activities that are related to manufacturing with engineering approaches for the implementation of solutions to closure and ensure sustainable good results of ESD control.
Supervises subordinates in responsibility to accomplish the job in the most effective way.
Enhance and capability to carry out failure analysis capability with the team related to ESD management, control and improvement action.
Develops subordinate's performance in continuously of failure analysis skills with proper training and supervision.
Build up effective teamwork for both internal and external organizations.
Coordinates and Provides solution support for Production, Process, and Tooling that is related to failure analysis activities to ensure product conformance to ESD, yield, quality, cost, and reliability requirements.
Establishes KPI and appropriate performance report.
Derive and develop corrective action + preventive action for long term future improvement on ESD failure based on lessons learned.

Requirements and Qualifications:
Minimum Degree in Electronics, Mechanical or similar major.
5 years working experience in EMS environment and proven supplier quality control.
Certified for IPC-A 600 and experience in supplier audit program is highly desired.
Well organized and structured with strong skills to work independently.

Position: FA Technician
Job Descriptions:
Responsible for assuring all customers and company quality expectations are being satisfied at all manufacturing and inspection process steps and identify and implement continuous quality improvement activities.
Lead quality plan implementation through data compilation and analysis.
Ensure the FA reports is compiled, updated correctly and proper closure by ensuring respective process is providing the required data information.
Assist QA Engineer to perform NPI build follow up and quality assurance build.
Perform FA analysis based on customer or internal process issue.
Responsible for performing inspections associated with Module and Higher level products, while keeping quality and efficiency at the highest priority
Performs inspection/measurement on incoming materials against IPC standards and incoming specification as required.
Performs required VISUAL inspection on all products.
Verifies product conformity against process and product documentation.
Assist QA Engineer in daily production Quality issues, Edata, FAI report, FA Lab and other assignments.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Engineering Department
Position: Industrial Engineer
Job Descriptions:
Plan and Design production Layout according to the process flow. Maximise the utilisation of floor area available.
Ensure the Production layout are optimized with minimum 7 waste.
Perform time study to every process and calculate the resource and headcount required.
Understand the requirement and always ensure production facility and tools are sufficient.
Design and procure production tooling, processing equipment and workstations
Minimise change over time by designing common set-up equipment and tools.
Analyse workforce utilisation and facility layout. Initiate and execute continual improvement project based on data analyse.
Maintaining cycle time data.
Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulation.
Comply and follow strictly on company and customer security and intellectual property protection requirement.
In-charge of Plant re-layout or Plant transfer.
Lead or working with cross functional team in improvement project.

Requirement And Qualification:
Education: Bachelor Degree in Engineering. Or Diploma holder with more than 5 years’ experience in Industry Engineering Role.
Working Experience: At least 3 years’ experience in EMS industry holding industrial Engineering Role. Experience in Plant transfer would be most welcome.
Other Requirement: Strong understanding in LEAN.
Communication ability: Able to Communicate (Speak, read & write) in both English & Mandarin. Computer Proficiency: Good in using CAD Program. Able to prepare reports and presentation using Microsoft Excel, word and Power Point.
Physical Requirement: This position might require hands-on in handling IE equipment such as workbench and Rack.

Position: Senior Test Engineer
Job Descriptions:
Operate and maintain ICT tester, Flying probe tester and other test equipment.
Create and debug test program for ICT tester and Flying probe tester.
Provide test instruction, Preventive maintenance method and Debug guideline.
Handle Test process improvement for ultimate yield & quality, less scrap and cycle time.
Install the approved software on the test equipment as stated in the process instructions.
Control hardware spare part and minimize the usage.

Process Department
Position: BOM Engineer
Job Descriptions:
Tight collaboration with the engineering teams throughout the product development process.
Tracking project progress in PLM Teamcenter against the product development schedule.
Execute approval workflows in each project stage ensuring prompt action.
Generate Super BOMs and SKU BOMs for project teams.
Drive BOM accuracy and consistency.
Ensure key project documents are stored and managed in the system.
Generate periodic reports according to request.
Generate cost reduction and material optimizations ideas.
Build and direct manufacturing engineering department team on all aspects of critical manufacturing improvement programs – design & automation; development qualification; delivery into production.
Drive cross functional project with Supply Chain, Production, R&D and Quality.
Coordinate the design and development of Automation lines, tools and fixtures required to perform processes of new and existing production lines.
Coordinate with production and quality departments to implement standard work instructions, processes and procedures to ensure absolute best quality product is produced.
Coordinate DFM process, including design reviews and sample evaluation.
Provide technical support for vendor tooling and interact with vendors to procure tools and equipment.
Lead new product production pilot run and give modification suggestion and request to NPI team. Provide trainings to production and manufacturing team.

Job Descriptions:
Lead the shift team to achieve shift production target.
Prepare and ensure reports are ready by the end of the shift.

Plan and execute training plan for operators under the shift in charge based on production needs.
Ensure production is running smooth by getting correct resource to solve the problem and perform escalation on time whenever needed.

Education: Preferably Diploma and above. Or SPM holder with more than 5 years’ experience in SMT Production supervisor role.
Working Experience: at least 2 years’ experience in supervisory role, preferably in EMS Industry.
Communication ability: Able to communicate (speak, read & write) in both English & Mandarin (involves in project transfer from China).
Computer proficiency: Able to prepare reports and presentation using Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point.

Position: Production Line Leader (shift)
Job Descriptions:

Communication ability: Able to Communicate (Speak, read & write) in both English & BM. Understand Mandarin will be added advantage (not a must).
